At Affordable Motorbike Australia, we take pride in providing quality pre-owned and new dirt bikes. To ensure transparency, please read our refund and warranty policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Secondhand Dirt Bikes

• All secondhand dirt bikes are sold as-is, meaning they come with no warranty and no refunds under any circumstances.
• We strongly encourage customers to inspect and test any secondhand bike before making a purchase.
• Once a sale is finalised, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for secondhand dirt bikes.
• Deposits on secondhand dirt bikes are non-refundable, regardless of whether the purchase is completed.

2. Brand-New Dirt Bikes

• Warranty coverage for brand-new dirt bikes is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
• Customers should refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation for specific details on coverage, claims, and limitations.
• If a warranty claim is required, it must be processed directly with the manufacturer or an authorised service center. Affordable Motorbike Australia does not handle warranty repairs in-house.
• Refunds for brand-new dirt bikes may be subject to the manufacturer’s return policy and are not guaranteed by Affordable Motorbike Australia.
• If a refund is requested after a purchase has been completed, a restocking fee will apply to cover transport and payment processing costs.

3. Storage Fees

• If a motorbike is left at our shop for more than 7 days without prior arrangement, a storage fee of $20 per day will apply.
• Storage fees must be paid in full before the bike can be released.
• If a bike remains unclaimed for an extended period, Affordable Motorbike Australia reserves the right to take appropriate action, including potential resale, to recover outstanding fees.
